Here we give you a guidance on their tour with the information that we believe may be of your interest. The information is indicative, may exist variations on designated hours.
TRANSFER from the airport, if you have it included or purchasing. Our transfer will be waiting for you with a poster on behalf of Europamundo or its name to the output of the custom (after collecting your luggage)..
Remember to inform us by phone if you lost your connection flight or expected delay of their arrival, in your VOUCHER figure the phone of the transfer.
IMPORTANT: If you had additional nights upon arrival the hotel will have your reservation, but his travel guide normally will not be until the night before the start of the tour.
IMPORTANT: - Remember that hotels check-in time is usually at 14:00 hrs. If you require more hours of room availability, consider booking an additional night at the beginning of your trip.
- IF YOU REQUESTED ADDITIONAL NIGHTS upon arrival at the hotel, you would have your room booked, but your trip guide would normally contact you at the beginning of the included activities. At the reception you can also find an informative sign, indicating the telephone number and hours of assistance of our staff. YOUR TIME THEREFORE BEFORE THIS MOMENT IS FREE. The hotel staff can help you with all the information you need.

Scenery: regions of Tuscany and Emilia Romana. Apennine mountain range.
08.00 hrs. - Rome. Departure. After breakfast we leave for Tuscany and the region of Emilia Romana. Beautiful landscapes crossing the Apennine mountain range.
13:30 hrs. - Bologna , arrival in the capital of Emilia-Romana, a city with a rich history dating back to Roman times, an important cultural and gastronomic center of Italy. We can walk through its covered passages that extend along many streets and buildings, its towers and its main square. Bologna is also known as the "city of food", famous dishes such as Bolognese pasta such as tagliatelle al ragù (famous Bolognese sauce) and lasagna originated here. It is also famous for its sausages, cheeses, and of course, Italian ice cream. Time for a walk and lunch.
16.30 hrs. - Bologna, departure. In the afternoon we continue our route.
17:30 hrs. - Ferrara , we will make a stop to see this beautiful city surrounded by 9 km of walls, its center has been declared a World Heritage Site, highlights the great medieval castle, the Cathedral of Saint George and its Renaissance palaces.
19.00 hrs. – Ferrara - departure.
20:15 hrs. - Venice , arrival at the end of the day. Accommodation in the Mestre or nearby area.
08.30 hrs. - In the morning we include a boat transfer to the area of St Mark´s in Venice, a city built on more than 100 islands connected by bridges. We include a walking tour with a local guide around the city of canals. Afterwards we will visit the Murano glass factory and admire the technique of crystal blowing. Free time afterwards. In the afternoon you can have a nice gondola trip through the canals (optionally).
18.30 hrs.- Transfer to the hotel from the area of St. Mark´s. You will have the chance to have dinner in the Mestre area, where you can choose the type of restaurant that you prefer (Indian, Oriental, Italian, etc.).
Scenery: Spectacular alpine landscapes, quaint villages and lakes. Do not forget to bring your camera!
Notes: Please carry your passport in hand as it might be requested when crossing into Italy.
08.00 hrs. - Zurich – We will leave Zurich early in the morning and cut across the Alps in order to reach the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland. Along the route we will get to see beautiful lakes and snow-capped mountains.
11.00 hrs.- LUGANO . Arrival in the capital of Ticino, the Italian-speaking canton of Switzerland and an elegant cosmopolitan city, built on the shores of Lake Lugano. Free time to explore this quaint city and to have lunch.
13.30 hrs. Lugano. Departure.
14.00 hrs – Morcote. Arrival in this very picturesque village by Lake Lugano, famous for its flowery stone houses.
15.00 h. Morcote – Departure. We will travel towards the Italian border.
16.30 h. Milan – The guide will take us to the impressive Duomo Square. There will be time to dine at Porta Venecia (Port of Venice) where an outstanding variety of restaurants can be found to suit all tastes. From restaurants serving Swiss and Italian food to French, Chinese and international cuisines. Transfer to the hotel at about 20.00 hrs.
Scenery: We follow the Mediterranean coast.
08.30 hrs. - After breakfast we will leave Milan towards the Liguria region with magnificent landscapes.
10.45 hrs. - Genoa . Arrival in this historic city whose origin dates back to Roman times and later, during the medieval period, it was a powerful maritime state. We will have time to walk through its beautiful historic center, where the Romanesque cathedral and Piazza Ferrari stand out.
13:00 hrs. - Genoa. departure. Following beautiful coastal landscapes we continue our route towards Tuscany.
15:15 hrs. - Pisa , time to admire its artistic complex, where the famous Leaning Tower is located. Our guide will guide you through the monumental site. The city´s tourist regulations require us to park the bus in the place provided for this by the city council. This parking lot is located approximately one kilometer from the monumental site, which you can access on foot or by city bus. Please note the bus number for your return; our guide will inform you.
16:45 hrs. - Pisa. Departure.
18.15 hrs. - Florence , arrival in the evening to the capital of Tuscany. We will make a stop to take a photo at the Michelangelo viewpoint, where we can have one of the most beautiful views of the city.
Scenery: Pleasant landscapes, historical towns along the route.
09.00 hrs. - Florence - In the morning with a local guide we include a city tour of Florence , the capital of Tuscany, one of the most visited cities in the country, considered the cradle of the Renaissance and some of the most influential artists and thinkers in history, such as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Botticelli or Raphael. Highlights include the Gothic cathedral (duomo), the ancient Stone Bridge (Ponte Vecchio) with its goldsmiths´ shops and the Signoria square - the political heart of the city with the town hall in a medieval building. Approximately the city tour will last 2 hours. Time to walk and have lunch afterwards.
15:00 hrs. - Florence, departure. We continue through pleasant landscapes.
18:45 hrs. - Rome , arrival. As an immersion into the city, we include upon arrival a transfer to Trastévere , a lively neighborhood known for its typical small restaurants.
21:00 hrs. - Return to the hotel.
Note: Remember that hotels check-out time is usually at 10.00 hrs. In most cases, you can leave your luggage at the hotel reception at check-out time, so you can enjoy the city and pick it up at the time you require that same day. If you need more time to use your room, please consider booking an additional night at the end of your tour.
